Materials We Use
- 10ml Vials: 100% glass & fully recyclable.
- 10ml Boxes: FSC-certified, made from 100% post-consumer recycled paper.
- 10ml Lids: 98% aluminium & recyclable, but contain plastic washers—we’re working on a better alternative.
- Postcards: Fully recyclable, wood-free paper made with FSC-certified, elemental chlorine-free (ECF) pulp.
- Club Box: Fully recyclable, FSC-certified cardboard.
- Padded Mailer: 100% compostable, 100% recyclable, Plastic Free, Water Based-Inks
- Fragrance Case: 95% aluminium. It currently contains a plastic insert, and we’re actively working on a more sustainable alternative.
If you place your order before 2pm on any set day, we aim to ship the same day. Any orders after 2pm will be shipped the following day and we always estimate arrival time at between 3 - 5 business days. If there are any delays to your shipment please contact charlotte@diemscents.com and let her know and she will investigate for you.
We want you to love your scents! If you don’t like the fragrance you received, please reach out to our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll help you exchange it for a different scent that better matches your preferences, or we can provide you with a credit towards your next purchase and initiate a return.
What is the longevity of your fragrances?
Our fragrances are designed for lasting power, so you’ll smell fabulous all day. All our fragrances are Eau de Parfum strength, with a minimum 20% concentration. While longevity can vary depending on the scent, we suggest applying your fragrance on moisturised skin for the best results.
How does CLUB DIEM work?
Club DIEM is an easy way to try new scents each month. Just sign up, choose your fragrance case, pick a scent, and select a payment plan. Each month, you'll get a 10ml refill of your chosen scent, or you can switch to a different one whenever you like.
How long does 10ml last?
Great question! A 10ml vial should last about 4 to 6 weeks on average, depending on how often you apply. If you like to use it more generously or apply it daily, it could last closer to 4 weeks. But don't worry, you'll be enjoying it every step of the way!
What If I don't like my scent ?
No worries! If you're not loving your scent, you can return it for free and exchange it for a different fragrance or get credit to use on DIEM. Simply drop us an email andwe’ll send you a prepaid return label.

I read the description on DIEM’s site — “an ode to the mix of calm and chaos that defines us all.” And honestly? That’s freakishly accurate. Like… who wrote that, a mind reader? Because that’s exactly what this thing smells like: balance teetering on the edge of madness.
The first spray hits like a shock of green light — sharp, alive, and a bit strange in the best way. Matcha, basil, maybe a flash of citrus — it’s all there, darting around like ideas before your morning coffee. But it’s not that milky matcha-latte kind of deal. Nope. This is the real thing — that ceremonial-grade, deep green powder kind of matcha — earthy, grassy, a little bitter, alive. The basil gives it that cool, aromatic lift, the kind that clears your head. You feel switched on, aligned, maybe even a little dangerous in your focus.
Then, slowly, it quiets down. The riot becomes... well, quiet. Osmanthus slips in, with that peachy-apricot haze that feels like sunlight caught on skin. Magnolia too — soft, creamy, barely there, like a memory more than a flower. There’s a violet dustiness in the mix and something sacred in the background — olibanum, wood resins, that soft meditative hum that smells like stillness itself.
And then comes the dry-down. This is the part that really does it for me. The calm after the storm. Smoky, musky, but not in-your-face. Just... composed. You feel grounded. Centred. That weird paradox where you’re totally relaxed but also feel like you could take on the world. It clings…

Scents are great but unfortunately I was sent different samples to the ones I ordered.
I was told that 10ml bottles of the 2 missing scents would be sent to me but until now - not received anything despite chasing.
Also, the holder for the scents broke after just a couple of weeks use. I have requested a replacement but not had a response to this either.
