We’ve designed out excess wherever possible:
✔️ Club box: Combines an outer mailer and tray, cutting down on unnecessary packaging.
✔️ Fragrance cases: Ship without extra packaging—they’re built to travel without it.
✔️ Ongoing improvements: We’re actively exploring more sustainable solutions for pumps, caps, nozzles, and refillable options.

Materials We Use
- 10ml Vials: 100% glass & fully recyclable.
- 10ml Boxes: FSC-certified, made from 100% post-consumer recycled paper.
- 10ml Lids: 98% aluminium & recyclable, but contain plastic washers—we’re working on a better alternative.
- Postcards: Fully recyclable, wood-free paper made with FSC-certified, elemental chlorine-free (ECF) pulp.
- Club Box: Fully recyclable, FSC-certified cardboard.
- Padded Mailer: 100% compostable, 100% recyclable, Plastic Free, Water Based-Inks
- Fragrance Case: 95% aluminium. It currently contains a plastic insert, and we’re actively working on a more sustainable alternative.
If you place your order before 2pm on any set day, we aim to ship the same day. Any orders after 2pm will be shipped the following day and we always estimate arrival time at between 3 - 5 business days. If there are any delays to your shipment please contact charlotte@diemscents.com and let her know and she will investigate for you.
We want you to love your scents! If you don’t like the fragrance you received, please reach out to our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll help you exchange it for a different scent that better matches your preferences, or we can provide you with a credit towards your next purchase and initiate a return.
What is the longevity of your fragrances?
Our fragrances are designed for lasting power, so you’ll smell fabulous all day. All our fragrances are Eau de Parfum strength, with a minimum 20% concentration. While longevity can vary depending on the scent, we suggest applying your fragrance on moisturised skin for the best results.
How does CLUB DIEM work?
Club DIEM is an easy way to try new scents each month. Just sign up, choose your fragrance case, pick a scent, and select a payment plan. Each month, you'll get a 10ml refill of your chosen scent, or you can switch to a different one whenever you like.
How long does 10ml last?
Great question! A 10ml vial should last about 4 to 6 weeks on average, depending on how often you apply. If you like to use it more generously or apply it daily, it could last closer to 4 weeks. But don't worry, you'll be enjoying it every step of the way!
What If I don't like my scent ?
No worries! If you're not loving your scent, you can return it for free and exchange it for a different fragrance or get credit to use on DIEM. Simply drop us an email andwe’ll send you a prepaid return label.

I ordered the kit and it arrived safe and sound. It consists of one 10ml scent and two smaller sample scents and they all smell great. They are very gender neutral so nothing smells very masculine or very feminine in my opinion and I really like that. I was really impressed with the complexity of the scents too, you can tell thought and effort has gone into making sure these smell great and evolve throughout the day.
There was an issue with my 10ml as the spray nozzle kept getting stuck but I got in touch with the customer service via the enquiry form and they were very quick to solve the problem and a replacement was despatched and problem solved! Really great customer service from Diem!
Overall a very positive experience, definitely can see myself becoming a long-term customer.

Great way to try and experiment with new scents and find your favourite fragrances. I've got several, and there are a few that I like and switch between, or sometimes layer them together.
The scents are all unique and long-lasting, and I always get compliments when I wear them.
They last all day, but the lightweight portable refillable case is great to throw in your bag.
I enjoy trying new scents via the Club and saving money on my orders, and I'm looking forward to trying the new summer scents.

Such a robust refillable case for the perfume. The smells are so lovely and not overpowering at all. Have had many compliments while wearing them. Love that the scents can be blended and compliment each other. Totally recommend this product. Much nicer than expensive branded fragrances and longer lasting.
