How Gifting Works

HOW IT WORKS

1. We will send you a discovery set with 5 x 2ml scents either to your home address or to the recipient (note: we cannot schedule delivery yet)

2. The recipient can enjoy the scents in their own time and find their favourite.

3. They simply go online, select their favourite scent from our website and enter their gift code at the checkout.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
  • The sender is responsible for the cost of a 30ml bottle and shipping of the discovery set and 30ml bottle.
  • The gift card can only be redeemed on diemscents.com
  • The recipient must claim their 30ml bottle within 6 months of purchase.
  • Any cost over the price of a 30ml bottle will be subject to the usual payment method.

HOW TO REDEEM

To redeem your 30ml bottle, the recipient simply visits diemscents.com/claimgift select your favourite scent and enter your unique code at the checkout.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Shipping for the discovery set and the 30ml bottle is included in the price of the signature gift bundle.

Can I get my discovery box wrapped

Unfortunately at the moment, we do not offer a wrapping service but if you get our discovery set ordered to your home, you can make it look beautiful yourself !

What do I get with a gift?

All gift bundles come with a discovery set of 5 x 2ml fragrances and a voucher for a 30ml bottle of the recipients choice.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is all included as part of the price of the signature bundle.

Can I return the gift?
